There are a number of factors for success in life. Many now successful people got that way by imitating others who have certain successful qualities, including these 5 types of people. Below are the 5 types of people you might consider emulating.

1) The inspired

These are the creative individuals who may be your artists, musicians or writers. They always seem to have new ideas percolating in their brains. They look at various problems and conventional ideas from different angles, and they know how to use that to come up with new, inspired, and innovative solutions.
What you can learn from them: One thing you can learn from these individuals is how they come up with their ideas and what they do to keep their mind ready for them. Sometimes the secret sauce, that one critical component in life to succeed is coming up with the right idea (and acting upon it).

“Instead of letting your hardships and failures discourage or exhaust you, let them inspire you.”

2) The motivated

The motivated among us are the hustlers, the go-to people who get stuff done, the ones who are always on the go, always have something to do, that guy or girl who always have a plan and they won’t let anyone or anything stop them. They are determined and they know how to stay focused. They’re on a mission almost as if their life depends on it.
What you can learn from them: If you’re really serious about reaching your goals and dreams in life then you need to be motivated like these folks. I for one find that when I am around the super motivated it often motivates me. In being around them you can learn what drives them. You can learn also learn how they set realistic goals, what makes them motivated and how to they stay focused.

3) The open-minded

Open minded people are often very intelligent and fair minded. They are also good listeners and not too quick to be judgmental. They would be your readers, thinkers and explorers in many cases. They know the value of all points of view and all information – good, bad or whatever.
What you can learn from them: You can learn to be a better listener, and to dedicate yourself to learning. You can learn from them how not to be judgmental by realizing that you don’t know everything. Also, open minded people can show the value of learning something from everyone and everything. They can show you how to be more objective by suspending your preconceived notions about what you think you know.

4) The passionate

The passionate are people who believe and believe hard. They have conviction for their beliefs and an unflinching ability to express them. Passionate people are generally very convincing and enthusiastic about what they believe in. And when I say passionate, I am referring to it the non romantic kind.
What you can learn from them: If you want to convince others, you have to believe, and believe very deeply. You’re going to have a hard time trying to convince others of what you’re saying if you don’t believe it yourself. Passionate people can show you how to have more zeal in pursuing your goals and convincing others.

5) The grateful

Grateful individuals know how to take stock of what they got and be satisfied with it. They are also grateful to others who have helped them. Studies have shown that grateful people are generally happier and emotionally satisfied than those that are not. What you can learn from them: It’s never a bad idea to be thankful for what you got, even if it’s not much. If you really take the time to look at your situation, you might find you have more than you thought. Watching that grateful person in your life will remind you of this fact and the need to express gratitude to those in life that have helped you and been there for you.

The reality is most people have a little bit of these qualities at one time or another in their life. If you are already mostly one of these types of people then you can learn how to be more of the other types you lack, because the truth is being all 5 of these type of people will have positive benefits for your life.
